We, Shure Incorporated, and its affiliates (“Shure”), are glad that you would like to participate in one of our Training courses. As part of our training programs you will be taking an exam. If you take the course for, or on behalf of your employer, and indicate that to us, we would like to inform your employer as well as your employer’s supplier of Shure products (“Distributor”) about your attendance and results in our training programs, but do not want to do so without your consent:

 

I hereby consent that Shure Incorporated and its affiliates (“Shure”) discloses the attendance and the results (namely, your surname, your first name, your employer, the title of the course, your results, your ZIP code, city, state, province, country, and date of the course) of the courses I take in Shure’s Training to my employer as well as to my employer’s supplier of Shure products in order to inform them about my qualification to advise on certain Shure products.

If your employer and/or your employer’s supplier of Shure products are located outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), we transfer your personal data to a location outside the EEA. In such cases we ensure prior to the transfer that the European Commission has decided that the third country ensures an adequate level of protection (e.g. Switzerland), that the transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards, or by entering into standard contractual clauses of the European Union with the recipient.
